#2
I would exist curious to know the normal turn around too. I have three sets to transport in eventually, simply I don't actually want to deal with the hassle. I might but purchase that contact cleaner spray.
#3
Wtf that doesn't seem normal
I sent a procon in on a Monday - received Wednesday - fixed and shipped back Thursday - arrived on Friday
Small-scale chance they could exist super swamped now with joycon repairs I guess?

I sent a pair on August half-dozen. It was delivered August nine, and they marked it "in service" on August 19. They marked information technology shipped on August 23. they haven't gone anywhere in the UPS arrangement withal, but I expect them old this calendar week.
So about 3 weeks.
#10
I have a co worker that's also been waiting iii or then weeks. I'm bold they weren't prepared for so many people to know they'd set up information technology for gratis.
Sirhc
Hasn't made a thread even so. Shame me.

I sent mine in after launch to get the foam for connexion loss, sent it in Thursday before leaving town for the weekend, had it back Monday.

They told me I needed to try and retrieve information technology from that accost lol. Eventually got them to file a merits for new Joycons, withal havent heard if they'll replace them. Information technology'south been five weeks since I sent mine in.
#13
A month or so afterwards launch, everything took less than a week (sent them Mon got them Friday) and did everything through the website.
Now information technology should accept more than since the influx of people plus the ones with the actual problem mixed with the ones sending them just because.
Contact them but in case.

Mine is the same way. getting really bellyaching and may just go buy another pair.
#17
took a week and a half for my gf (Canada)
#18
Mine took exactly a week to be marked equally received later UPS confirmed delivery (east coast). Took about three weeks total. They're probably just backed up.
#20
less than one week. it was fast!
#21
They probably have a huge excess now with all the news on them repairing whatever joycons, so they're probably taking longer to get through them.
A friend of mine and I both did tickets/shipped them in at the same time, his was received/returned back to him in about a week, while mine took about ii weeks from start to finish. This was about a calendar month agone.
#22
I sent mine in on a Friday. A calendar week subsequently I'd similar to say. It was pretty fast.
#23
They received mine on the 13th, it'll be hither tomorrow.
#24
Virtually 3 weeks, shit was ridiculous
I had to call em upwardly during similar Week 2 and even the person I spoke to said that information technology is not being processed afterward a week or so is non normal.
#25
I sent mine on the 13th, it got there on the 19th, and it simply hit "received" status a couple days agone, so it'l probably be a while for me -.-

I sent a pair on August 6. It was delivered Baronial 9, and they marked it "in service" on August 19. They marked it shipped on August 23. they oasis't gone anywhere in the UPS arrangement yet, simply I expect them old this calendar week.

So I sent in my joycon, information technology never changed from due in. I contacted Nintendo and they said they never got my bundle even Purolator had a signature from the forepart desk-bound at Nintendo. I had to get it escalated and I had to provide them my tracking number. In one case they "establish it", the same day it went from due in to repairing to aircraft back the next day. Currently on it's way back, been like 3 weeks

My repair status page is so randomly incorrect, haha:
Beginning pair on the bottom were both gray when I dropped them off on 7/31. I got two greyness joycons back on 8/9.
My second pair, up superlative, are (were?) Neon Green and Neon Pink - whatever the splatoon colors were called.
I take no idea what these magical Neon Bluish entries are referring to. But the first pair took just over a week door to door. Looks like the 2d pair will as well based on them already being "In Service."
Seriously curious what that neon blue reference is.

My repair condition folio is and then randomly wrong, haha:
Outset pair on the bottom were both grey when I dropped them off on 7/31. I got two gray joycons dorsum on 8/9.
My second pair, up tiptop, are (were?) Neon Light-green and Neon Pink - whatever the splatoon colors were called.
I have no idea what these magical Neon Blue entries are referring to. Just the get-go pair took just over a week door to door. Looks like the second pair volition as well based on them already beingness "In Service."
Seriously curious what that neon blueish reference is.

I submitted a unmarried work order for three joy cons on a wed, they sent me my label to send it in in sunday, i mailed them on monday, and i received them back a calendar week and a one-half afterward on a wednesday. From submission button to having them dorsum, it took 2 total weeks.
Something seems up.
#31
I think mine took effectually 2 weeks if I recollect right. Had to get my joycon stock-still because the plastic latch it has to attach to the Switch broke off. Was lucky to get it fixed at no toll because information technology was a launch unit and the warranty was about to expire exactly the aforementioned day I called Nintendo to accept it repaired
#32
Man this is really depressing to hear, 3 weeks without your controller? They should at least send a loaner first with boxes & shipping forms for the repair.
#33
Mine took virtually two and a half weeks between sending them out and getting them back.
#34
They just shipped mine out today via UPS Parcel 2-day, so it'll be here Thursday, hopefully.
#35
I sent mine out to UPS at 5:30pm on a Friday and got it dorsum the side by side Fri morning time at 10am!
#36
Need to get on the blower to them stat
#37
It'south been two weeks since I shipped them, still listed equally due in fifty-fifty though they were delivered ten days agone.
